Not being a driver, I seldome get up that way. But I've played a couple of shows up at the Black Sheep during wintertime.. i think it was around xmas actually.. and its just incredibly beautiful and relaxing up there at night. All the lights in the area are pretty stunning as i recall...er.. well they were around the Black Sheep anyway... There are places in Toronto that still have xmas decor on the lamp posts, like on Front Street, near St lawrence Market rannie / 02.26.04my grandparents used to have a beautiful "cottage" (fieldstone-arched porch front and sides, gorgeous..) up near wakefield. i'd love to see it again, even from a distance... lynn / 02.26.04Wakefield and Chelsea are great places to live and visit... it's kind of like the national capital region's Granville Island.. well, at least that's how I imagine GI to be.
