Towards Panmure Island - October 2003:
Things that I'm thinking about today: - PEI tourism reviving the Bud the Spud song to boost tourism because "it worked 30 years ago". - Great Barrier Reef in danger. Aaaah! Good grief, sign Kyoto already. - The temperature is hovering at zero degrees and the Tough Guys are already outside wearing t-shirts to announce, "Look at me, I am MAN". Comments
yikes! hearing about global warming and all the damage it has and will continue to do always scares me so much. but what's even scarier is we now have the capabilities to fix or atleast improve these problems but countries like the US think war is the bigger demon? melanie / 03.03.04Yup- they paid Stompin' Tom $15,000 for it even though their overall marketing budget is getting slashed by something like 38%. The more things change... Ben / 03.03.04Oh no. that $15K was the best money they've ever spent... they've already made it back after only 24 hrs in tv and radio coverage of the news... not to mention the good will of the hundreds of islanders who are saying: that was my idea! dave m / 03.03.04The sight on this island are so great ... it feels like a cloud of fresh air razzi / 03.03.04Post a comment
