Parliamentary fat cat: Here is one of the real "fat cats" of the Hill. There are currently 28 felines living behind Parliament in their little "chat chateau". They have a very nice view.
Don't worry, these cats aren't rocking out on the tax-payer's dime - in fact, the man who takes care of them receives no financial support from the government, he relies on donations of food and cash by visitors. Comments
