Morning at the gallery: A busy Saturday morning in Charlottetown included a trip to the Confederation Centre Art Gallery to see the George Zimbel exhibition. For having zero signage into the gallery, poor lighting and a walk-in closet amount of art on the wall.. it was about as busy as you can imagine it would be. Despite all - Zimbel's photographs are cleverly mounted with rural PEI scenes next to shots from Brooklyn. They are about as day and night as walking from the sunny Charlottetown streets into the art morgue that is the gallery.
Harsh, but true. The show runs until May 6. Free admission. Comments
