Ottawa humour
Ottawa humour: Someone started dressing the statues last year - they're at it again. I get the feeling that no one thinks it's odd but me. People walk in and out of the National Library like it is the most normal scene in the world.

I think such a display is not only odd, but provocative...why is the woman the sens fan and the man the leafs fan? What does this say about gender relations in a postmodern world? What does this say about the role of gender in sport in this country?

At least it seems that they like each other ?!

I always thought of it as the reverse Adam and Eve... look how Toronto teases poor Ottawa with the apple! : )

Poor Ottawa seems to enjoy it...
