--------------- In Ottawa news, I forgot all about the leaders' debate on television tonight until I was biking past the National Arts Centre and saw the television trucks, the bomb sniffing dog, and then 10 unmarked RCMP cruisers on the bike path. While I had inner rage with the police takeover of the path, I smiled politely as I cycled between the officers who were mingling casually in the lane. Then I put pedal to the pavement to get home to watch the debate on TV. Also, the reason I was out cycling in the first place was to renew my membership at the yoga centre. I need the yoga badly as Radio Canada + bike path obstruction does not equal zen. Comments
