Ok, so help me out here. First of all, awesome picture. One of my favorites. That young lady's expression is wonderful. Hatha. What is this all about? I have read some definitions and I am still not so sure. My normal, Monday Flow class was changed to a Hatha class and so I decided to go to the later one instead because I know nothing about Hatha. Do share. I usually do Flow. I love it. Will Hatha work too? Sorry for my lengthy post. :] mihow / 08.04.04It was the first hatha class I've done - but I get the impression that they just 'flow' through more abs/lower back type motions. I am sadly no Rodney Yee. Lana / 08.04.04So apparently that guy lives and teaches out here and one of the ladies at the studio I go to had ::looks around:: sex with him. Apparently this happens a lot with good ol Rodney. Apparently he breaks many yogi hearts. mihow / 08.04.04Try the Hatha basics - much more cube-dweller friendly. Sarah / 08.04.04Even with the pony tail look? *cry* Lana / 08.04.04You ever see When Harry Met Sally? Do you remember the "Ride me big Rodney" part? Ah, so funny. mihow / 08.04.04I will never mention the Rodster again... Lana / 08.04.04Forgive me, but I've seen When Harry Met Sally too many times... sorry mihow...it's Sheldon. (You need your income taxes done, Sheldon's your man, but humping and pumping just ain't Sheldon's game.) Sarah / 08.04.04ha! No problem! Thanks for the correction. Damn that movie ruled. Clearly, I need to see it again. "Ride me, big Sheldon." mihow / 08.04.04*whistles* Lana / 08.04.04Post a comment
