Stuck: Public service announcement: Do not attempt to walk up the sloped sidewalk beside Portage IV in Hull. It is covered in ice and undirted, unsalted, uncleared and unsafe. You will only manage to make it half way up before realizing that you are indeed stuck on a patch of ice - immobile. A taxi driver waiting at the taxi stand will laugh at you with your outstretched arms trying to maintain your balance. It will not be a good day.
