Last Three Years:
3. NYC. (Astoria, not Williamsburg.)
2. Manila. (But you can't describe that as winter.)
3. Conception Bay South, Newfoundland. (Much milder than here.)

Mind you, I went to high school in The Pas, Manitoba and it was colder there.. but I think my raging teenage hormones kept me warm. Now, my nearing-30 hormones are not nearly as cozy.
