Puffy pitas: I was taking a photo of the fresh pitas through the window of the Middle Eastern Bakery on Somerset when the lady who works at the counter asked me if I'd like to go inside to take some photos.
Oh yes! I love how the pitas go into the oven flat and puff up when they're finished. Freshly baked pita bread is a real treat. ----------- Currently listening to: Maximo Park - notably, "The Coast is Always Changing".
