Around the Island in 4 days: There's still a lot of ice in the Northumberland Strait around the Confederation Bridge. It made for a unique tourist photo - you won't see ice in the tourist guide.
 Taken at Poverty Beach on the eastern coast of PEI. Yup, I went to Poverty Beach and all I got was this lousy photo of a sandstone rock.  Finally, a stop at the Rossignol winery on the south shore of PEI. The winery wasn't open, but the resident cat was very welcoming. We almost took the cat home. March 27, 2005 ||
