Signs of spring: I figured out how to do long exposures on my camera yesterday (about time.. no pun intended). Here's the first attempt, taken after the hot hot hot recorder concert. We noticed the croci? popping up on the Parliament lawn... so cute.
Also: I'm feeling inspired by these Holga shooters. Comments
That is a gorgeous shot and very spring-like. Amy / 04.13.05Spring! It was snowing on PEI yesterday.. : ( Lana / 04.13.05Great Holga link! I still haven't had a chance to get batteries and film for mine yet. This job has got me chained to my desk it seems. Gack! Melanie / 04.13.05I'm taking my first roll to be developed today. *nervous* Lana / 04.13.05Nice. What was this - film or digital? You can get the reissue Holgas and Lomos from Amazon.com, oddly enough! aj / 04.13.05I love that picture. Do you ever sell prints, by any chance? Jill / 04.13.05Hi AJ, Prints! Yes, I'm working on a new site at the moment (I know I've said this before.. but this time I mean it) with a portfolio and shop. I'd like to be able to offer prints larger than 5x7 (which is all I can decently get from my digital camera).. Also, I feel weird selling digital photos... they don't have the feel or look of real film. So, short answer. Shop = soon. Products = film. Lana / 04.13.05What? No photos of Horacio? I am mucho disappointed. But, I can settle for Croci. That's a great night shot. robyn / 04.13.05robyn, I could barely look at him - let alone get the camera out. How do you say "tight pants" in spanish? Los pantalones! Lana / 04.13.05yikes! "tight pants" in any language is wrong! haha. looking forward to the new site Lana!! Melanie / 04.13.05verrrry cool. nice one lena. pat / 04.13.05Post a comment
