I demand a recount: My coworker and her daughter participated in the Mother-Daughter look alike contest in the Byward Market this weekend. The fact that *they didn't place* is criminal. I had pegged them for first place - without a doubt.
In food news: We have tickets for this Friday's 'Steak and Lobster' dinner at the Legion on Kent St. You can't really go wrong with a $30 ticket for steak, lobster, beer and entertainment... unless you are vegetarian. : ( May 09, 2005 ||
