Dining in Ottawa: And so ends my week of poor customer service. Last night's dinner was the icing on the cake. With a total of 4 diners in the restaurant, we ALL managed to get the wrong meal. The other table got our order, we got theirs. Our server didn't put two and two together. He didn't even offer to go back and bring us what we ordered - all he said was, "Well, do you like it?"
Suffice to say, we will not be straying from Shanghai ever again. Ever. Comments
Too bad about your customer service woes of late. You could have eaten well the WESTFEST launch last night, however... Fun! You do continue to share great photos this week nonetheless. Cheers! Well if the shadow comes from the restaurant you got something out of it. But a meal you wanted would have been nice. That has to be a totally stupid experience.
