DIY Bike Lane: I read last week that there was a police campaign to stop sidewalk cyclists. I'd have to agree that 95% percent of the time, that activity really annoys me. But choosing the Pretoria Bridge to nab offenders seems a little silly considering its location connecting the two bikepaths on the canal. How about Elgin Street or Bank? *rant* Because the old men? They love their sidewalk cycling.
So someone jiffied up a little chalk bike lane across the Pretoria Bridge. *sigh* I can't wait for the new pedestrian bridge. August 02, 2005 ||
